Also of note is my most recent position as Security Coordinator for Dyn-Corp Intl. As Security Site Lead my responsibilities consisted of a wide array of security related functions both administrative and operationally. Primarily establishing and overseeing the installations Biometric/Physical Security program; training, sourcing personnel, equipment and facilities.
During my tenure, my staff sustained 100% screening over 7000 local and foreign nationals employed and transiting the installation. Additionally we identified over 150 known Local Nationals involved in criminal behavior and hostilities towards coalition forces. Our efforts and attention to detail were instrumental in identifying and preventing insurgent elements from obtaining installation access culminating in a threat free working environment.
